This section features a selection of email campaigns I’ve designed and helped deliver using Mailchimp. These campaigns focus on engaging target audiences through clear messaging, compelling visuals, and strong calls to action. I combine creative design skills with an understanding of email marketing best practices to optimise open and click-through rates.
For HFL Education, I created a variety of email templates promoting courses, events, and educational resources. Using a consistent brand style, I designed layouts primarily in Adobe InDesign and adapted them within Mailchimp’s builder to ensure responsive, accessible emails. These campaigns helped increase bookings and product purchases.
